The process

How it works: from design to finished vehicle

Every vehicle wrap goes through the same five-step process. No shortcuts — this is what makes a wrap last years instead of months.

1

Design

We start with your brand and the vehicles you want wrapped. Our designers build a custom layout that fits your make and model exactly, and send you a digital proof to approve before we print.

2

Print

Once approved, we print on premium 3M or Avery cast vinyl with our in-house wide-format equipment — color-accurate and built to handle years on the road.

3

Laminate

Every panel gets a protective laminate that guards against UV fading, rock chips, car washes and daily wear, keeping your fleet looking sharp for years.

4

Clean & Prep

Each vehicle gets a thorough wash and surface prep. Clean, smooth panels are what let the vinyl bond correctly — this is the step that prevents lifting and bubbles.

5

Install

Our installers apply the vinyl panel by panel, wrapping around curves, handles and trim. Your vehicle leaves looking exactly like the approved design.

Before we wrap

Does your vehicle need repairs first?

A professional wrap needs a solid surface to look great and last. If the vehicle has dents, rust or peeling paint, the vinyl will follow every imperfection and lift early.

That's why we offer basic surface preparation — minor dent filling, sanding and correction of damaged areas — at an additional cost, to get the vehicle ready for the wrap.

If we spot any issues during cleaning and prep, we'll let you know before proceeding — no hidden charges.

FAQ

Vehicle Wrap & Fleet FAQs

How much does a vehicle wrap cost?

It depends on the vehicle size, full vs. partial wrap, and design complexity. Fleets get volume pricing. Send us photos and dimensions for a free quote.

Will a wrap damage my paint?

No. Over factory paint in good condition, quality vinyl actually protects the paint and can be professionally removed without damage — ideal for leased vehicles.

Can you wrap my whole fleet to match?

Yes — it's one of our specialties. We keep the design file so every new unit comes out identical to the rest.

How long does a vehicle wrap last?

With 3M or Avery vinyl and basic care, 5–7 years. The laminate protects the color against the Valley sun.

Do you do just lettering or decals instead of a full wrap?

Absolutely. We do lettering, logos, DOT numbers, decals and magnets — affordable options when you don't need full coverage.

Do you wrap boats, trailers or UTVs?

Yes. We've wrapped boats, trailers, race UTVs and more. Curved surfaces are no problem for our installers.

Ready to put your brand on the road?
