The process

How it works: from idea to finished wrap

Every wrap that leaves our shop goes through the same five-step process. No shortcuts — this is what makes a wrap last years instead of months.

1

Design

We start with your brand, ideas and photos of your truck. Our designers create a full custom layout — color, typography, images — and send you a digital proof to approve before we print anything.

2

Print

Once you approve the design, we print on premium 3M or Avery cast vinyl using our wide-format in-house equipment. High-resolution, color-accurate, built for the Central Valley sun.

3

Laminate

Every printed panel gets a protective laminate coat — this is what keeps the colors vivid and the surface scratch-resistant for years of daily use and washes.

4

Clean & Prep

Before installation, your truck gets a thorough cleaning and surface prep. A clean, smooth surface is what makes the vinyl lay flat and bond correctly — skipping this step is how bubbles happen.

5

Install

Our experienced installers apply the vinyl panel by panel, working out every bubble and edge. When we're done, your truck leaves looking exactly like the proof you approved — or better.

Before we wrap

Does your truck need repairs first?

A professional wrap needs a solid surface to look great and last. If your truck has dents, rust, peeling paint or body damage, the vinyl will follow every imperfection and lift early.

That's why we offer basic surface preparation services — minor dent filling, sanding and correction of damaged areas — at an additional cost. We get your truck ready to receive the wrap so the final result looks exactly the way it should.

If we spot any issues during cleaning and prep, we'll let you know before proceeding — no hidden charges.

FAQ

Food Truck Wrap FAQs

How much does a food truck wrap cost?

Every truck is different, so pricing depends on the size of your vehicle, whether you want a full or partial wrap, and the complexity of the design. Send us photos and dimensions and we'll give you a free, no-obligation quote.

How long does a food truck wrap last?

With premium 3M or Avery vinyl and basic care (hand wash, no high-pressure), a quality wrap can look great for 5–7 years.

How long does the process take?

Most projects move from approved design to installed wrap within 1–2 weeks, depending on design rounds and our current schedule. If you have a deadline, let us know and we'll do our best.

Do I need a finished design already?

No. Many of our clients come to us with just a logo or an idea. Our in-house team handles the full design from scratch.

Can you re-wrap or remove an old wrap?

Absolutely. We handle rebrands, refreshes and removals of existing wraps.

Do you do partial wraps or only full?

Both — full wraps, partial wraps, lettering, window graphics and menu boards. Tell us your budget and we'll walk you through the options.
